For our catering service, organic is not a choice, but the only option.
Fair Trade products are used because we like to conduct business ethically with our food suppliers, as well as with you, the customer. Our fresh organic ingredients come from local farms and small distribution companies.
Does this mean that all our products are 100% organic or Fair Trade? No, unfortunately not at the moment, but we are working on it. In our catering service we currently use the following organic products: bread, butter, olive oil, milk, apple juice, fruit, cheese, feta, sundried tomatoes, cucumbers, tapenades, egg salad and most of our soups. We offer as standard Fair Trade coffees, teas, ice teas, chocolate, bananas and pineapples. |
