One of our first assignments in the catering industry was to start up a 100% organic canteen for the employees of an international environmental NGO. Since then, we have gained wide-ranging experience and expertise in organic and Fair Trade canteen management. We have successfully established a good working relationship with a reliable group of suppliers of organic and Fair Trade products. We would love to transfer our enthusiasm about healthy, organic and honest food to the next generation. We would therefore welcome the opportunity to run an organic canteen at a school or university.
